★ Materials selected shall meet the load-bearing and operational requirements of bogies. Welding, heat treatment and other processes shall comply with relevant standards.
★ One complete set consists of 4 single columns. The four supporting surfaces shall be kept at the same height, offsetting the impact of uneven ground, with height difference no more than 2mm. The device shall possess sufficient rigidity and strength to satisfy supporting operations for metro bogie frames.
★ Bolt holes are reserved at the bottom of each single column for floor mounting. Meanwhile, stable and safe operation supporting bogie frames shall be guaranteed even without fixed installation. The bidder shall supply matching expansion anchor bolts for frame support columns for fixed installation subject to the purchaser’s on-site requirements.
★ Non-metallic high-quality materials shall be adopted at positions in direct contact with bogie frames to achieve soft contact, preventing damage to bogie frames and resisting deterioration under long-term load.
★ The equipment adopts an all-steel welded or bolted structure.
★ Design shall meet space requirements for on-site bogie frame maintenance.
★ Lifting lugs shall be equipped for integral hoisting and transportation.
★ All exposed metal surfaces of the tooling shall be treated for rust removal and anti-corrosion protection.
