Features & Working Principle
Two limit contact switches are installed at the bottom for protection against non-lowered pantographs or incompletely lowered pantographs.
Equipped with emergency stop button to instantly halt machine operation under hazardous or emergency conditions.
Built-in safety earthing protection.
Operation Instructions
Prior to operation, inspect all sliding, rotating mechanical components and electrical parts. After inspection, connect power supply and implement reliable earthing as required.
Mount the diamond grinding wheel onto the drive motor and fasten tightly with a spanner.
Secure the pantograph carbon slide to be processed onto the vice and lock firmly.
On the control panel, set the corresponding measuring and grinding program according to the length of carbon slide. After parameter setup, press Auto and Start to initiate measurement. Data will be generated automatically once measurement finishes. Close the machine door, press Auto and Start again on the control panel to start machining; the indicator light will turn green.
Upon completion of milling and grinding, the machine stops automatically and returns to home position.
Open the machine door, inspect the machined surface for qualification, then remove the carbon slide after confirmation.
Safety Precautions
During operation, no personnel are allowed within 1-meter radius around the machine except the assigned operator.
If abnormalities such as jamming or unusual noise occur during operation, stop the machine immediately by pressing the red Emergency Stop button on the panel to prevent equipment damage.
