High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Construction – Built from high-strength industrial aluminum alloy profiles with optimized cross-section design, the trolley is lightweight yet durable, corrosion-resistant, and virtually maintenance-free. The lightweight design significantly reduces transportation and assembly effort while ensuring long service life in demanding outdoor railway environments.
Quick-Assembly & Foldable Design – The trolley features a tool-free, snap-lock fastening system with no bolt connections, enabling rapid assembly and disassembly by two workers in approximately one minute. The foldable ladder structure allows for compact storage and easy transportation between work sites.
Stable & Safe Working Platform – The top working platform features wing panels that can be unfolded and locked flat to expand the usable work area, with sturdy supports underneath for enhanced stability. Guardrails are provided around the platform to ensure operator safety at height.
Anti-Tilt Braking System – Equipped with an anti-tilt brake mechanism that prevents the trolley from tipping over and provides secure positioning on sloped tracks. A manual braking device is also incorporated, eliminating the reliance on manual stabilization during operation.
Insulated Wheels for Track Operation – Fitted with high-strength rare-earth nylon wheels that offer excellent insulation properties, low rolling noise, and smooth operation along standard-gauge rails-. The wheelbase and track gauge are precisely configured for stable travel on 1435mm standard-gauge tracks.
Height-Adjustable Platform – The working platform height can be adjusted to accommodate different catenary heights, with a typical adjustment range of up to 500mm and maximum working heights from 4,000mm to 6,450mm depending on configuration.
