★ The platform is integrally fabricated by aluminum alloy argon arc welding, featuring excellent stability and load-bearing performance.
★ The frame is made of 60×40 square tubes, reinforced cross beams adopt 60×25 square tubes, and the tread surface is covered with 5.0mm patterned aluminum plate.
★ Aluminum plate stoppers are installed along the length of the tread to prevent lateral sliding of the plate. 10mm thick anti-slip rubber strips are fitted on the frame contacting the rails.
★ Handles bent from Φ32 round tubes are mounted on both ends of the tread, which can also serve as lifting lugs.
★ Main Application: Placed on rails for maintenance work. Operators stand on the platform to inspect EMU components at both vehicle ends, including windscreen wipers, headlamps, windows and other parts.
