★ The bogie frame transport trolley is used in bogie maintenance areas. After separating bogie frames from wheel sets, frames are lifted onto the trolley by overhead cranes for rail-bound transportation within the workshop or temporary parking in the washing zone for cleaning operations.
★ The equipment mainly consists of a bogie frame support rack and travelling wheels. It is designed for in-house rail transportation of bogie frames with manual pushing operation, and one bogie frame can be transported per trip.
★ Recommended material: Carbon Steel Q235B or alternative materials meeting load-bearing and service requirements. Welding, heat treatment and other processes shall comply with relevant standards.
★ The frame support rack features a simple and rational integral structure, which meets requirements of safe operation, durability and low-maintenance performance.
★ Relative moving mechanical parts of the tooling are reliably lubricated, wear-resistant and operate smoothly.
★ Supporting positions of the frame rack shall ensure all support points lie on the same plane and be equipped with rubber pad protection to guarantee safety during storage and transportation of bogie frames.
★ The trolley surface is sandblasted and coated with high-strength anti-rust paint for excellent waterproof and anti-corrosion performance. After painting, the trolley surface shall be smooth without burrs or peeling paint, suitable for long-term service under splashing water environment.
★ The supporting structure of the trolley is designed to fit the bogie frames of SDB-120 EMUs serving existing lines of Foshan Metro. Exact positioning dimensions will be confirmed at the design coordination meeting.
★ The trolley is equipped with anti-runaway devices as well as lifting lugs for crane hoisting.
