★ Before operation, check the hydraulic oil level in the oil tank, oil leakage, return valve condition and loose components. Start operation only if no abnormality is found.
★ For track lifting work, the centerline of the lifting wheel must engage the edge of the rail base. Do not use the lining lever for lifting.
★ At least two units shall be adopted when carrying out lifting work on turnouts.
★ Normally two units are used for track lining. Multiple units shall work together if large lining displacement and long lining distance are required.
★ Use specified hydraulic oil. No.10 machine oil is applicable for general use; transformer oil shall be used when ambient temperature is below 0℃.
★ The overflow valve is preset to the designed pressure before delivery. Arbitrary adjustment is forbidden to prevent equipment damage.
★ Avoid violent dropping or impact. After use, fully retract the piston into the cylinder. Lubricate all hinged joints regularly to guarantee flexible rotation.
★ An insulating sleeve is fitted at the rear end of the handle to prevent electrical conduction between two rails, which shall be properly preserved.
