★ The hydraulic track lifting & lining machine is special equipment for track lifting and lining on railways with 1435mm gauge and 43~75kg/m rails. Corresponding rail hooks must be replaced when used for 75kg/m rails. Operations shall be carried out under track possession conditions.
★ Equipped with travelling device, the machine can be pushed along rails. Insulation devices are fitted on rail hooking, travelling and track-exit mechanisms to avoid interference with track signals during operation. A track-exit frame is provided to ensure the machine stays clear of loading gauge after being removed from the track.
★ The machine adopts a gantry-type overall structure. The fulcrum of lifting & lining cylinder is located inside the rails. Double rail hooks synchronously engage the inner and outer rail jaws. An additional tilt cylinder enables angular deflection of the lifting & lining cylinder to realize lining function. Wheel-type travelling assemblies are mounted on both sides of the frame, and track-exit mechanisms are arranged on the middle two sides.
★ It mainly consists of frame, lifting & lining mechanism, rail hooking mechanism, travelling mechanism, power unit, hydraulic control system, together with an auxiliary track-exit frame.
★ Powered by a small gasoline engine, the machine drives the hydraulic pump via belt transmission. Oil is delivered to each working cylinder through multi-way directional valves to actuate mechanisms for rail hooking, track lifting, track lining, travelling and lifting movements.
