★ Before operation, check whether the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank is sufficient, inspect for oil leakage, return valve function and loose components. Operation can only be carried out if no abnormalities are found.
★ During track lifting, the centerline of the lifting wheel must engage the edge of the rail base. Do not use the lining lever for lifting work.
★ At least two units shall be used for lifting operation on turnouts.
★ Two units are generally used for track lining. Multiple units shall work in coordination in case of large lining displacement and long lining travel.
★ Use proper hydraulic oil. No.10 machine oil shall be used for this machine; transformer oil shall be adopted when ambient temperature is below 0℃.
★ The overflow valve is preset to the designed pressure before delivery. Random adjustment is strictly prohibited to prevent machine damage.
★ Avoid dropping and rough handling. After use, fully push the piston back into the cylinder. Apply lubricating oil to all hinged joints regularly to maintain flexible rotation.
★ An insulating sleeve is fitted at the rear end of the handle to prevent electrical conduction between two rails and shall be properly kept.
