★ Before operation, check the hydraulic oil volume inside the oil tank, oil leakage, return valve status and loose parts. Do not start operation until all conditions are normal.
★ During track lifting, the centerline of the lifting wheel must clamp the edge of the rail base. Never use the lining lever for track lifting.
★ A minimum of two units must be used when performing lifting work on turnouts.
★ Two units are normally adopted for track lining. Deploy multiple units for coordination if large lining displacement and long lining travel are required.
★ Use the specified hydraulic oil. No.10 machine oil is for regular operation; transformer oil shall be used when ambient temperature is below 0℃.
★ The overflow valve is pre-adjusted to the designed pressure before delivery. Unauthorized adjustment is strictly prohibited to avoid machine damage.
★ Avoid dropping or rough handling. After operation, fully retract the piston into the cylinder. Apply lubricating oil to all hinged joints regularly to ensure flexible rotation.
★ An insulating sleeve is equipped at the rear end of the handle to prevent electric conduction between two rails, which shall be properly maintained.
